Apple doesn’t delay; if you got a confirmation that it has been refunded then any delays are the fault (or responsibility) of the card issuer.
It can take from 5 - 10+ business days for a credit to appear on which card you used. Refunds are never instantaneous, not just with Apple, but with any company who refunds a purchase.
Apple processes the refund within 24 hours of notifying you it has been approved. The time it takes after the refund has been processed is based on your banking provider’s policy.
Apple didn't delay anything. They put a credit request in with the card company you used. It's then up to the card company to route the money back to you, not Apple.
If you are on a timeline, you should be speaking with the credit card company. We are just users here and we have nothing to do with credits from Apple or your credit card.

okay thank you but the problem is that the subscriptions were activated from a visa virtual card that is linked to my mobile money account. And the virtual card will expire in the next 27 days so I’m afraid if apple delay to process the refund I might not receive the money and I’ll lose both access to the subscriptions and the money.
I used a virtual visa card whose expiry (30 days) might precede apple’s processing time . So I’m worried I might lose money and it was quite a huge figure

obviously users here have none to do with my credit card . This is a community where assistance maybe received from experienced users and it’s why I came to seek help. No need for you to be rude brother because if you were in my situation you’d be as frustrated as I am
peace and love
I wasn't being rude in any way. You keep asking about getting your money back. And we have told you what the process is and since you are on a timeline, I suggested you contact the issuer of the credit card. That wasn't rude.
Peace to you too.
I received it. I did as you suggested. Felt relieved thank you
I'm glad it all worked out for you.
my self am struggling to get my money
Well, what are you doing to get your money? Have you requested a refund→Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support? What was the response when you requested a refund?
I hav refund on the way and after contacting bank and merchant they only saying that it depends on Apple Pay
They lied. See the Best Answer post at the top of this page. Any delay greater than one day is caused by the card issuer.
My son made a payment using Apple Pay. Please refund the money.
