Watch not updating Workouts

Not updating them where? Watch Activity or iPhone Fitness?

Make sure:

iPhone, Watch app, My Watch tab, Health, Health Details you have all your age, weight height etc in there

iPhone, Watch app, My Watch tab, Privacu ensure Fitness Tracking is On

iPhone Settings, [your name], iCloud, (show all) Health is tuned on
