Beats Studio Wireless won’t show up on my Bluetooth

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. Are you using your Beats on an Apple device or is it another device? If you haven't tried yet, we suggest to perform a reset. This is a step that can help resolve your issue. Here's how to properly reset a pair of Beats Studio Buds or Beats Studio Buds +:

If you have sound, Bluetooth, or charging issues with your earphones, you might want to reset them.

1. Place both earbuds in the charging case, and keep the case open.

2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.

3. Release the system button.

The LED indicator light will continue to flash white, which means that you can pair your Beats Studio Buds or your Beats Studio Buds + with your iPhone, Mac, Android device, or other device again.

If you have a pair of the Beats Studio or Studio Wireless, you'll want to follow these steps for the reset:

Reset Studio or Studio Wireless

1. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.

2. Release the power button.

3. All of the Fuel Gauge LEDs blink white, then one LED blinks red. This sequence happens three times. When the lights stop flashing, your headphones are reset.

Your Studios will automatically power on after a successful reset.
