If you did all the steps, what did Apple say. The screenshot you provided was not the report a problem web site that lists your purchases when you sign in at that page.

There is no answer for what they took my money, in the screenshot is bank transfer, but for what? In purchase history is no anger there is no email for what is this payment, where do i need to Contact????? I can do the money refund request, but for what??? If i Dont know
If you used the link provided in the third option to Contact Apple, you have a choice to Chat or Call if you do not see the charges listed at the report a problem website or by an email. You would need to provide them with the order number that appeared on the previous screenshot you provided.
