it's been more than 2 weeks, I want to turn off double authentication, I don't want it on my phone, it installed automatically and I want you to help me turn it off.

See Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support. Once your account has been updated to two-factor authentication there is only a two-week period in which you might turn it off again. From the article:
If you're already using two-factor authentication with your Apple ID, you can't turn it off. If you updated to two-factor authentication inadvertently, you can turn it off within two weeks of enrolment. If you do, your account is less secure and you can't use features that require a higher level of security.
It is too late to revert to less secure authentication.
