why do my phone keep turning on and off constantly, & why can’t nobody hear me on FaceTime?

Try a forced restart to see if the issue is persisting

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
