After renting a movie and press "download" button, only seeing the animation icon but not start the downloading, I'm sure it does not exceed the download limits, what may go wrong?
It happened since I bought a new macbook, in the old one, I can download but in this new macbook, it can not download.

Charge the battery > 70%.

after I reboot the computer with new software upgraded, now it's ok to download the Movie
thanks, and I'm sure the network connection is good and I can browse Internet without any trouble, just only fail to download Apple Movie with my account.
and I already turn off Firewalla and VPN
