Copying all of the email (addresses only) to print a list of them or email the list to someone else

I would like to copy ALL of the email (addresses only) that have come to my email address in the last year or so so that I can make a list of them and either print it or email it to my husband who lost all of his when he had his MacBook Air repaired. Is this possible without a lot of trouble? I hate trouble!!
