why are not the original info from pictures kept by copy paste? I want to save some pictures on my hard drive but they appear as new made and not the original location and date...why?

You should not copy/paste from your Photo library to the Desktop. You should select the Photos syosu want to get on the Desktop and export them as either original (unedited) or the edited version.
The new file will have a current "File Creation" date which is seen by the Finder. However, the EXIF Creation Date will be unchanged and embedded within the file. It can be see by apps that can read the EXIF fields like Preview.

Thank you, I have tried but it is not working. It shows the actual date and time and nothing from the Original information. I have tried both normal export and original export. I am doing something wrong...?
Maybe because my pictures are the live ones it creates a Movie? See here from HEIC for Picture Export to JPEG.

If I am checking the new exported JPEG picture in Jimpl, online, it shows the may 12 and the correct location but in my Mac no:(
You're comparing apples to oranges. Photos have EXIF fields whereas videos do no. That only have file created dates.
To see the EXIF fields on an exported file you can use Preview's Info pane.
