Attaching file in MS outlook using keyboard ahortcut

how to attach a file / attach mails using keyboard shortcuts, without using touchpad in ms outlook. Cntrl+C and Cntrl +V was a simple command which was useful in windows pc, but the same does not work for attaching files in mac. i am new to mac, kindly suggest
