Im am using a MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.1.4. I am trying to open rmp files and it is trying to use music to open. How do I open these files to view them. Is there a downtown for an extension link or a app I can download to open these?

See if VLC will play them. VLC is known to play a lot of different type of media formats.
