I keep getting “network unavailable” but only in the evening. No issues in the morning. This has been same issue for last 4 days.

It seems that either your ISP is not able to bring the needed bandwidth in peak hours (please contact them about your issue), or your home network has additional interference in those hours (possibly from a neighboring network).

While this helps on some level, we have tried many of these steps to resolve the issue. We did have some so last evening.
we are hopeful our upcoming change to a new fiber optic carrier will be a beneficial change.
