Logic Pro X not showing plugin

I recently reinstalled Xfer Serum after i experienced a bug, and removed the components plus VST files from my plug in folder. Since reinstalling, logic says that serum has been successfully validated but it never shows up in my AU instrument folder on any projects, and when loading up an old project with the plugin in use it says 'Serum is unavailable on your system'. I've tried everything from restarting my computer multiple times, deleting my plugin cache, performing a full audio unit reset, updating my operating system etc.

Nothing is working and it still isn't showing up in my AU instruments. Any help would be massively appreciated.
