Hello, every time I try to add a card to my wallet it shows this. I want to use apple pay but I’m not able to add any card in any way. I even tried adding it while I was paying on an application, the same thing popped up. So, does anyone know what’s the problem or what do I need to do?

OK, go out of the Settings app that you’re currently in and head to the Wallet app. In the upper right corner is a plus sign. Tap the plus sign and try adding the card.

I moved recently to UAE, I changed country and region on itunes and forgot to change it from the settings, Language and Region. And my home country didn’t support apple pay.
Because you can also add a card from the settings when you go to wallet. Anyways I called apple support and it was resolved, thank you.

Why does the message pop up in settings when you’re supposed to be in the Wallet app?
