The failure on my payment

I want to renew my membership on this app. However it keeps reminding the payment fails and my account have sufficient funds to make the payment. By the way I can make payment on iTunes for buying music. So I don't know where the problem is. Hope the team can solve my problem.

Sorry, but you will have to contact the official Apple Support about that, as suggested in the screenshot.

Only they can look into your personal data, to find the reason for that issue.

We are all users here, just like you, and can't do that.
