trouble with cloud based software

I am using MacBook Air and after the last update I cannot get certain buttons to work on SignCommand software, cloud based. Some buttons needed to make adjustments to slides on this LED sign will not work now. Any help with this appreciated

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.6
