Apple tv free trial
I have just taken out the 3 month free trial with my new phone for apple tv - why have a payment of 34.99 pending in my bank account?

Unknown. But would not be related to Apple TV at all. There is no 34.99 price associated for Apple TV+ in any way shape or form.
