The health application does not provide for drugs that are taken with different frequencies.
Recigar is taken from the 1st to the 3rd day for 6 tablets, from 4 to 12 to 2.5 hours and then every 3 and 5 hours. The therapy lasts 25 days and I can't schedule it in the health app...
Am I not understanding the app or is it not possible to set it up?
No app will be all things to all people. It appears that the medication reminders in Health are designed primarily for people who take medications on a regular, long-term schedule.
You could set the drug up as multiple drugs. Recigar1 for days 1-3, Recigar2 for days 4-12 and so forth. Or, use the Reminders app. Or, look at third-party apps medication apps. Perhaps one of the many ones available will suit your needs better.

Even if they don't do what you need without major contortions and there are other apps that might do it easily? Can't say I understand that but, hey, it's not my phone.

Of course, Apple generally provides basic apps, leaving the market open for third-party developers to provide other features.
I have just discovered you can create custom medications. Add a medication as you would normally, then there will be an option to choose the medication strength. Here you can add a custom strength, and it does not seem like the app cares if you duplicate the medication in this way.
