Everything that is included in each and every one of your iCloud backups is basically every single thing that you have currently installed on your device right now. All your photos, contacts, apps that you have purchased via the Apple App Store and are currently installed on your devices right now

Apps are not part of an iCloud backup. Contacts are not part of an iCloud back up

and if you have also purchased any songs and ringtones via the Apple iTunes that.you have backed up via iCloud also will be every single thing that is included in your iCloud backup.

iTunes purchases (music, videos or ringtones) are not part of an iCloud backup.

your iCloud backup has everything that is on your device right now.

😊Hey Ahmedezzat79 😊

Everything that is included in each and every one of your iCloud backups is basically every single thing that you have currently installed on your device right now. All your photos, contacts, apps that you have purchased via the Apple App Store and are currently installed on your devices right now and if you have also purchased any songs and ringtones via the Apple iTunes that.you have backed up via iCloud also will be every single thing that is included in your iCloud backup. But there’s no other way for you to check to see what’s included in your iCloud backups other than by just checking your device that you’re on right now and your iCloud backup has everything that is on your device right now.
