At one time I selected a dancing girl with dark hair (to send an email to someone with dark hair) and it is now the one that comes up on my touch bar every time I go to use it - I use the blonde one for my own interactions. I've tried to figure out how to change it back to the blonde one, but can't. If anyone knows how to do this, I appreciate the help. 💃🏽

Use the keyboard interface Control Command Spacbar
and get it into your favorites/ "frequently used" that way...for easier access on your Touchbar
