Why can't I track my rebate?

Why can't I track my rebate? I was given a tracking Number but when I tried to track it nothing links up or it says I have nothing pending.

Apple Watch SE, watchOS 9

We would recommend reaching out to who your rebate is though.

If your rebate is through Apple you can contact them directly by going to Get Support

If your Apple Watch was purchased from somewhere else, it may be best to reach out to them directly.

Thank you Omar. I registered my Apple Watch SE with apple after purchase. I was then provided a tracking#. When I went to support and entered that number I was told I had nothing pending. So what does that mean- is my rebate in process or not register which does not make sense if a tracking# was given. Support is not helpful as they send me to the wrong department
