I CANNOT DO ANYTHING WITH MY IPHONE IT HAS A WHITE SCREEN WITH THE WHATSAPP SYMBOL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCREEN

Do a Force Restart. It usually takes a couple of times to get the sequence right and holding the side button in the last step could take up to 30 seconds before the Apple Logo shows up and you can release it.
