Establishing Family Sharing requires an Apple device, as mentioned above.

The only way to do this solely with the equipment you have here is to back up the iPad, factory reset, reload as your device, establish what you need, issue the Family Sharing invite, and then factory reset and restore the backup, and accept the invite. And you won’t be able to perform any ongoing management. Massive hassle, and ongoing hassle, in short.

Or you can acquire and use an Apple device, of course.

Sharing an Apple ID will end badly.

You cannot create a family share on an Android device, only from an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.

This will allow you to completely erase and reset the device and make it yours. You could then manage the family share from your iPad on her device(s).

What do you mean by transfer?
