How to unlock watch
Trying to pair my watch. Recently purchased a new phone. Apparently this phone is locked trying to open it up.

What do you mean by locked? Where did you buy the phone? Are you seeing an unknown Apple ID on the phone?
Lost and stolen Apple products are protected with Activation Lock that makes it impossible for someone else to use the phone.
