I cannot add my Apple Card in my Wallet, that is in 'previous used cards' and never moved to 'usable card'.

I cannot add my Apple Card in my Wallet, that is in 'previous used cards' and never moved to 'usable card':

When I tap Apple Card in the Wallet app on my iPhone, that is actually in "Add to Wallet>previous used cards" section, I always got this massage, "cannot use Apple Card now. Try next time".

FYI, I have been outside of USA now.

The card can only be added when you're in the US. Please confirm the region your iPhone is set to.
