I accidentally pressed replace and it deleted all of my notes how do I get them back?

To get started, were these notes saved to your iPhone directly, or were they synced to iCloud or another email account?

If the notes were saved directly on your iPhone, do you recall if you had created a recent backup, or if you had iCloud backups enabled to backup automatically? We do want to make you aware that any data that was added to your iPhone after the date of the backup would not be included in the backup, so be sure to choose a backup that was created before the notes went missing.
