iOS 16.5.1 (a) notice appeared and then disappeared.

I have one personal iPhone and one for work. The work phone downloaded and installed iOS 16.5.1 (a), but the other phone says it’s up to date with just 16.5.1, even though earlier I saw a notice to update that phone too. I.e. that notice disappeared. Why the disparity??

So what happens if you've already downloaded it - there's no way to roll it back? It doesn't seem to have broken anything on my iPhone or iPad (so far) and I don't use Facebook or Instagram, but may need to use Zoom (three apps reported to have problems)...

Edit: OK, further reading suggests it's just an issue accessing the sites with Safari, so my Zoom app shouldn't be affected. Also, found out I can remove the update if needed (but, since the alternative returns a potential vulnerability, I'll hold on that).
