Reverse Volume Control on iphone sounds

Hi, I have noticed that when I use my phone the volume control seems opposite for key-clicks and other iphone sounds.

That is, to turn down the volume of key-clicks, camera, and disturbingly, alerts, I actually have to turn up the volume on my phone, and vice-versa.

This results in the very annoying fact that if I have my volume on low for videos, music etc, and then I send or receive a message/alert, or want to use my camera, the sounds are all super loud. This is very inconvenient\, and embarrassing at times.

I have all software updated, how do I fix this???

Troubleshooting Loud Key-Clicks After Update Install:

I've noticed the same thing. So, I have reported it to Apple. You should considers doing the same.

Question is: How many people have actually reported this?

So, Report this as a Bug to Apple:

Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Comment: on when this all began, and how you have troubleshot it, thus far. Include the URL of this thread.
  3. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  4. Proceed from there aw necessary
