Whilst editing a Mail Account my Mac had a moment, no idea why, which ended with the addition of an account which appears in the account list for Mail and Calendar as below
I want to remove it but I cannot. When I try I get the following message
I guess I need to find where the account info is stored and delete it. Visiting Keychain hasn't helped as I get the same message there when I click an account called 'Unknown'

The Rogue account displayed the error message when clicked in Safe Mode - no edit options. Closing the message gave an Internet Accounts view with no accounts. by going to any other settings item and then back to Internet Accounts the account list is now visible.
Is there a location in, say, library where I can find this account and delete its file?
FYI - In Safe Mode I had to USB wire connect mouse and keyboard as Bluetooth wasn't working. It is (now) working in normal mode.
