Thanks Ferd II, It took about 1/2 hour from safe booting to start downloading Big Sur version 11.7.5
I am just awaiting a boot after restarting. Hopefully All is now up to date.

If that advisory has persisted for more than an hour, restart your computer using Safe Mode, and retry the update in Safe Mode.

It seems that I am stuck at 11.7.5 Big Sur.
