Forgotten passcode

I've gone through all the steps to remove the passcode from my phone multiple times that apple has put online for a way to get rid of the passcode but it hasn't worked. I would like to know if there is any other way I could remove this passcode.

iPhone 7, iOS 14

If your device has iOS 15.2 or later installed, you can reset it without a computer; check out this link→How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support. Otherwise you will need a computer:

See this Apple support link→If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

Or watch this companion video ⬇️

After restoring the phone using one of the methods above you can restore your most recent backup.

To confirm are you referring to the device unlock pin or password or the iCloud account password? You may need to put your device into restore mode with usb connected iTunes on a computer. This will reset your device and remove the device password. You will then be prompted to enter your iCloud credentials upon setup and these must be the ones logged in before the reset.
