where can I find notification history? Not new ones; the ones I miss because I’m using my phone and can’t look in time. They aren’t available on the regular notifications screen bc they get marked as read and disappear even though I totally missed them.

Go to your Lock Screen and swipe down from the top. If they’re any old notifications, that is where you can see them. If they have already been cleared, there is no way to get them back.
