Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Sounds like your Apple Watch isn't responding and is currently stuck looping. If so, we'd like to recommend a force restart to see if that helps refresh things. Follow these steps here: Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support
Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
If this step doesn't help and you currently have your Apple Watch paired to your iPhone, try unpairing it: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support
