Hello. Does anyone know if I were to recover deleted texts on one device, like an iPad, does it also recover them on all synced devices, like an iPhone and Macbook, or do they just stay on the iPad itself? Thanks!

Assuming that you have enabled Messages in iCloud on all your devices, recovered messages can be expected to be accessible to all devices that are signed-in with the same AppleID.
Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > [Apps Using iCloud] Show All > Messages - Sync This [Device] - set to ON

Yes, you disable iCloud synchronisation if you wish. Consider, however, that recoverable texts will already have been synchronised with iCloud - and can therefore be recovered by any devices that are signed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID.
