Can't pay with Apple Pay online or in applications.

when I try to pay on a website, for example apple (in the Netherlands) and I try to use Apple Pay it says no cards: add card or cancel. but I do have a card in my wallet which I can pay with contactless in stores. so the issue is I can not pay online or in applications. does anyone know how to fix this?

Visa debit card not working on Apple Pay I have no idea what happened but all of a sudden my Regions visa debit card took off of my Apple Pay and now it will not accept it. I even got a new card with different numbers and still not accepting. I called Apple. They told me to call my bank and called my bank they told me to call visa he said they had no block that it was an Apple issue. I don’t know what else to do when I do try to add the card. I have to put my name in because the name was wrong which I’ve never had a problem before. I’ve checked the address and everything and it just won’t accept it somebody help me and tell me what I can do? But I can use my debit card at the App Store and on Safari works just fine but for some reason, it will not let me add it to my Apple Pay.

Why is Apple Pay declining my card even though it works elsewhere? I've added my debit card to Apple Pay successfully, and it shows as active in the Wallet app. However, every time I try to use it at a store that accepts Apple Pay, the transaction gets declined. The same card works perfectly when I use it physically or for online payments outside of Apple Pay. I've tried restarting my device and removing/re-adding the card, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this or know what could be causing the problem? Best Regards, Enzo Milano

I think the issue is you don’t have a payment source attached to your Apple ID. Your Apple ID is different from your Apple Wallet.
