Outlook will not add my icloud e-mail
I am attempting to add my icloud e-mail to office 365. The spinner keeps spinning but nothing is being added.

We see that you came to Apple Support Communities from iCloud Mail server settings for other email client apps - Apple Support. Did you also follow the steps on this page of the iCloud for Windows User Guide? Set up iCloud Mail, Contacts, and Calendar in Outlook on your Windows computer - Apple Support
From the information shared when you asked your question, is your Windows PC on Windows 6 still? If it is, your PC may be too old. Windows recently stopped supporting Windows 7 along with a few others: What Windows end of support means for Office and Microsoft 365
