Headphone issue. Only one side works

I have a iPhone 14 and only the right ear works. Headphones and buds. I have gone to general>accessibility and ensured mono is off and that the balance is centered between left and right. When I slide the adjust left the music lowers in the right ear but still no sound in the left. Thank you

To adjust the audio volume balance between left and right channels:

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual.
Adjust the Balance slider.

If that doesn't work, try cleaning your headphones or contact apple support directly.
