speaker icon

How can i access the speaker icon when answering a call. I answer the incoming call but the speaker icon is no where to be seen. I can only access it when making a call.

Hello adrienne1026!

So you can tap on “Speaker” when making a call, but not when you’ve received one?

Is it possible for you to share a screenshot of what is on your screen after you’ve accepted or picked up the incoming call? Maybe you can have a family member call you. Be sure to edit or black out personal info such as names and phone numbers.

Correct. For some reason the screen shot is not uploading so that i can attach it from my ipad. It’s only the keypad and Favorites, recents, contacts, keypad and voicemail icons running along the bottom.

To upload a screenshot here in ASC, it is not possible to simply copy-paste it. You must tap the “More button” (circle with three dots) beneath the reply box, then tap the “Image button” (mountain with sun.) Now, add the screenshot from Files or Photos.
