Cant get rid of beta update option on my iphone 14 pro max

No it didn't just show up. Beta will not appear unless you are registered to receive updates.

I have a 14 pro that I just purchased a few days ago and it has the beta option also. Can someone please give me a link or forward me to where I can ask questions on how to remove it? I’ve already tried a default reset plus a full factory reset and no joy.

You got the Beta software from the Developer Site. That site would be your resource for Beta support.

Then go to the developer's site and ask them.
