how long does apple repairing services take

Hi :) I’m from Spain and my iPhone 11 stopped turning on out of nowhere so I went to the Apple Store and told me it’s a hardware problem, they sent me a link so I could track the status of the repair but its been 5 days and it remains as “service requested” even if I log in. They tons me it would take a week to have it back (they’ll ship it to my home) is this normal or am I just impatient?
