I want to add a second card to my apple pay however whenever I click on the plus button in the wallet app it just says “learn more” and takes me to an apple support article which does not help fix my problem. So how do I add a second card to apple pay?

What country are you in and what bank issued the credit or debit card you’re trying to add? The screen you’re seeing is typically when you’re in a country that doesn’t support Apple Pay or the region is set incorrectly. What version iOS are you on and what model iPhone?
I updated my phone and made sure everything was set to the correct location but still when I click the plus button in the wallet app it says “add cards to wallet” then cancel or learn more and the learn more button takes me to an apple support article.
