I can’t add my card

Hi, this is beyond what we can really do here in Apple Support Community. You’ll need to make sure your Apple ID account is correct and showing your correct age.

After double checking your age, have your dad call Apple Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE.

Apple Support Community does not have access to your personal or financial information.

Only Family Organizer can configure your device to add credit or debit cards. You can add store loyalty cards but you can’t add payment cards.

Yes, are you 18 or older? You may be able to leave the Family. You should address you Family organizer and discuss how you want to proceed.

Confirm your age is set correctly.

Update the birth date associated with your Apple ID - Apple Support

If you’ve confirmed the above, please update your iPhone to the latest iOS, 16.5.1 or higher. Older iPhones may only support 15.7.5, but Apple Pay will function.

Once updated, please do a forced restart of your iPhone.

Make sure your are signed into your Apple ID/iCloud account on your iPhone.
