Strange clicking/cracking sound in new MacBook Pro M2 Pro hinge.

Hello,

There is a clicking/cracking sound in the hinge of my new MacBook Pro when the screen is tilted forwards. I have noticed that the clicking sound is loudest when the computer's lid is closed for a long period of time, and goes away when the screen is open for a few minutes. I have not dropped it and there is no visible damage to the display or hinge.
