AirPods Pro Audiogram

I can import an audiogram from my audiologist and set it up on iPhone to work with my AirPod pros, but not my ipad. Apple support is misleading. It says with iPadOS 15 you can import audiograms from hearing tests to ipad, but that’s not the case and I’m running the most current version 16.x.x OS. It can only be done through the health app on iphone. There is no option on ipad to use audiogram. The only option is to use the built in audio setup feature to test your hearing, which is not even close to what can be achieved with an actual audiogram on the iphone. So my question is if when I set this up on my iPhone will the settings stay with the AirPods as I switch to my iPad or will the settings change to whatever is set in the iPad? I have been unable to get a clear answer that doesn’t take me back to inaccurate info from apple that audiograms are supported on iPad, they are not.
