Yes you can.
- Go to Settings > Screen Time
- If it is not turned on, you will have to turn it on.
- Then go to Content & Privacy Restrictions
- Turn this option on at the top of the screen
- Tap Content Restrictions
- Tap Web Content and set it to Limit Adult Websites. This will also shut off Private Browsing.
