What does the (c) mean in iOS 16.5.1(c)?
because before the security update, there was a letter (a), but now the letter (c)is placed.

The parenthetical letter after an update means it’s a RSR (Rapid Security Response) update which is a new category of updates that Apple releases in cases where a security issue is dangerous enough it needs fast response.
