why i didn’t see the battery health?

Are you trying to view the Battery Health (aka Maximum Capacity) of your iPhone’s battery? If so, please go to: Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging.

Did you have anyone other than Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider replace the battery in your iPhone? If you did, you won't be able to check battery health as ONLY Apple or an Authorized Provider have authentic Apple Parts. Without an authentic Apple Battery, battery health will never work again. AND, if you had your battery replaced by a 3rd party, Apple won't provide support to your phone, nor accept it in trade.
