When someone's in need a hug is often quite the help but from what I know there isn't yet some digital solution to this. Apple--I demand that the ability to send physical hugs through phones be added and I'm astounded you haven't done something as simple as this yet. Unless this already exists as a hidden feature and I'm missing it?
