Can’t install the latest iOS 16.5.1

I can’t install iOS 16.5.1 on my iPhone 11. I tried all the tricks: storage, reboot, deleting the update and starting all over again, etc!

Same story, after verifying for like 5minutes I get a notification that I am no longer connected to internet. I am wondering if it has something to do with that I recently changed my battery and it happened to not be genuine as I got ‘an important message’ stating ‘Unknown’ part.

Can having a battery that might not be genuine affect my phone to installing latest iOS?
