Non-compliant ad - Credit Karma

Credit Karma runs an ad in ios apps that simply cannot be “x”ed out. I encounter ads all day long and have no difficulty closing them, but Credit Karma simply runs an endless loop - my only recourse is to close the app and start over.

I believe the “on tap” event that is supposed to spark the “close” action is mapped not to the “X” on the screen, but some random coordinates nearby.
